Incredible service. We have had a sewer vent pipe issue causing an awful smell in our house. Another plumbing company didn't properly diagnose this issue. I called Pike, and wow, they got a plumber out the same day who assured me it was fixable and had the smell gone withing 2 hours. He identified the defective fitting that was allowing sewer gas to escape and showed me how it was defective. He then changed the type of connection to one that was more appropriate. Honest, fair price, efficient work, professional communication. I highly recommend !
